1. What is Sip by Sip Auto Ship?
Sip by Sip Auto Ship is The Republic of Tea’s automatic delivery service for your favorite teas. Choose your products and delivery frequency—we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive an email reminder 10 days before each shipment, and you can update or cancel your order up to 48 hours before it ships.

3. Pricing
You pay the current listed price of each item in your subscription. Prices may change over time. Shipping is always free for Sip by Sip orders.
4. Can I use promotions or discounts?
No. Promotional codes and special offers cannot be combined with Sip by Sip Auto Ship orders.
5. How do I enroll?
Enroll directly from a product page, your wish list, or your shopping cart:

Select “Sip by Sip Auto Ship”

Choose your delivery frequency

Proceed to checkout
6. What happens after I enroll?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your Auto Ship settings. Orders are automatically placed based on your selected frequency. You’ll be notified via email before each shipment, or if an item is unavailable, changed, or canceled.
7. ‘My Next Order’ vs. ‘My Subscriptions’

My Next Order: Shows your upcoming scheduled order. Multiple teas with matching order info are grouped into one order.

My Subscriptions: Lists individual teas with details like frequency, quantity, and addresses. Each tea may have its own settings.
8. Order vs. Subscription

Order: A grouped shipment based on shared order details.

Subscription: One specific tea (flavor and size) with its own settings.
9–10. Delivery Restrictions

APO/FPO and international addresses are not eligible for Auto Ship orders.
Managing Your Sip by Sip Auto Ship
11. How to Make Changes
Visit ‘Manage Auto Ship’ in My Account at www.republicoftea.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for changes to process.
Change Ship Date

Go to My Next Order to change the entire order’s ship date.

Go to My Subscriptions to change the ship date for an individual tea.
Skip a Delivery

Go to My Next Order and click “Skip Delivery.”
Change Delivery Frequency

Go to My Subscriptions and select a new frequency from the dropdown menu.
Cancel a Subscription

Go to My Subscriptions, click “Edit,” then select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
12. Updating Account Information
Shipping Address
For Next Order:

In My Next Order, click “Change” next to the shipping address.

Add a new address or select a saved one.

Check the box if the change applies to only this order, otherwise it will apply to all future orders.
For a Specific Subscription:

In My Subscriptions, click “More Changes” then “Change” next to the shipping address.

Add a new address or choose from saved ones.

Use the checkbox to apply the change to only that subscription, if desired.
Billing Address & Payment Details
For Next Order:

In My Next Order, click “Change” next to the billing address.

Choose an existing method or add new billing/payment details.

Use the checkbox if you want the change to apply only to this order.
For a Specific Subscription:

In My Subscriptions, click “More Changes” then “Change” next to the billing address.

Choose existing info or add new.

Use the checkbox to limit the change to a single subscription.
