Returns – Citizen Satisfaction Guarantee

The Republic of Tea stands behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an item does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

• Contact Citizen Services to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Return Guidelines

• Include the RA# with your return.

• Use the original packaging materials, and pack items securely in a box.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees (non-refundable).

• You may request a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

Tip: Your invoice includes step-by-step return instructions and a preprinted return address label for convenience.
